One thing I’ve figured out about myself is that I learn best by sharing hard opinions and listening to others describe nuanced alternative perspectives on the given topic at hand.
Writing is the best way for me to get out of my head and condense my thinking to come to these hard opinions.
I want to start sharing these learnings more broadly to open this dialogue to a wider group of people as well as to serve as a public journal I can look back on to see how my thinking and work evolve over time.
